Materials Needed:
Hot Wheels or small toy cars
Scissors
Needle to punch holes in cardstock
Yarn or string

4” x 6” Cellphone bags to place assembled valentine’s in.
Directions: Simply download the valentine tag, print on cardstock, and attach the car using a needle and yarn. Place the assembled valentine in a cellophane bag to keep everything in place!
